We only accept homemade/handmade crafts not items that have been purchased for resale. Independent dealers of commercial products are not accepted. Be sure to list all items you intend to sell and include photos of your work. We try to avoid overlapping categories, although we always have several types of jewelry.

	We have available 18 indoor booths and 5 outdoor booths under a covered walkway.

	By clicking the submit button below you agree that you will attend the 2011 Christmas in the Forest, if accepted. You will submit the $50 entry fee promptly upon acceptance of your application. That you understand that you will owe St. Francis Church a commission of 20% of my total sales after the first $150 in sales and that you will hear within two weeks of receipt of this application whether you have been accepted.
